We are seeking motivated individuals to join our mechanical fabrication team as entry-level to mid-level MIG welders. In this role, you will be responsible for the layout, fabrication, installation, and repair of mechanical components for industrial autoclaves, ovens, and related equipment. The position involves 40% welding, painting, plumbing, and insulating activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete new hire fabrication training and demonstrate proficiency in fabrication tasks.
Follow drawings and work instructions to build mechanical components accurately.
Uphold our company's safety culture by working safely and preventing injuries.
Prepare materials for fabrication or integration into final equipment.
Work under supervision to build autoclaves and ovens.
Independently fabricate 1ft, 2ft, and 3ft diameter autoclaves.
Measure, cut, weld, and work with various materials.
Utilize industrial tools and machinery safely.
Travel to customer sites to perform fabrication, installation, and repairs. (Local, Out of state and overseas).

Required Experience and Qualifications:

MIG welding skills and ability to pass a weld test.
Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using tools.
Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprint instructions.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
