Position Overview:
As a Production Technician/Welder at Four Nine Design, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Welding of aluminum, copper and steel alloy assemblies.
Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Be a team player and collaborate with all departments.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist in the shipping and receiving process for cryostat components.
Perform part cleaning to ensure the quality of components used in production.
Contribute to kit building activities, following established guidelines and procedures.
Gain hands on experience in soldering techniques used in cryostat assembly.
Participate in construction of sub-assemblies, working under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Qualifications:

Interested in learning how to weld aluminum, copper, and steel alloys. Formal training and knowledge not required.
Basic understanding of metals.
Math and measurement skills.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in task execution.
Outstanding communication and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
