Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Pay will be discussed during interview, must be able to work weekends and nights base on Merecedes- Benz production.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Set up and operate welding equipment including stick welders, MIG welders, and TIG welders
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Use power tools and hand tools to prepare materials for welding
- Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow all codes and standards

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in various welding techniques including stick welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding
- Familiarity with press brake machines, pipe threading, sheet metal work, and rigging
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Experience operating cranes for lifting heavy materials
- Knowledge of calipers for measuring dimensions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
