Mueller Company, the nation's leading manufacturer of flow control devices for the water and gas distribution industries is seeking a 2nd shift Welder to join our team.

Position Details:

2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
$28.86/hr. + shift differential
$500 sign on bonus after 60 working days

General Responsibilities:

Capable of performing all of the functions in the work center including:

Layout or maker metal before welding
Can be called to verify other welds and reworks as necessary
Maintain working area in a clean and orderly fashion
Make suggestions to improve cost. quality, safety and efficiency of operation
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic mathematics skills (decimals, fraction, ratios)
Read and interpret part drawings
Use gages, calipers, micrometer, scales, etc.)

Experienced in:

Submerged Arc (SAW)
Flux Core, Semi-Automatic (FCAW)
MIG, Solid Wire, Semi-Automatic GMAW
Stick SMAW
Stud Weld
Steffan Cutter
