What to Expect

In this role, the welder will be expected to join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate techniques and using various welding devices. The ideal candidate will bring technical know-how and an innovative mindset to the role and help drive our industry-leading solutions.

What You’ll Do

Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and products
Ability to design and build basic and/or complex structures, supports or framework in the execution of daily tasks
Ability to Weld using GMAW, MIG process to perform oxy/acetylene torch, plasma arc cutting processes
Utilize handheld tools such as a hand held screw gun, drill gun, and grinders to operate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other welding hand tools
Maintain inventory of manufacturing product and welding consumables
Create specific weldment set-ups and fixturing to meet geometric requirements
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

What You’ll Bring

1-3 years MIG welding experience
1-3 years’ experience operating in a similar capacity within a manufacturing or relatable facility
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch and hearing
Work in a team environment and respect all teammates Physical demands and abilities
Specific technical or vocational training or certification preferred
Must have a strong command of the english lanuage, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation

$27.45 - $52.50/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
